Within 12 - 24 hours you will receive a reply for a 10 minute info session consult and to book an appointment. Intake information forms are available online for email or fax to assist you and initiate the assessment process.

The Ottawa Distress Centre can assist you if you are in a crisis and need to talk to someone: 613.236.3311. 

Although we will make every attempt to see you as soon as possible, through scheduling etc. we are not an emergency service.

Counselling Sessions are by appointment.

Fees are income based and on a sliding scale.

Fees may be covered under extended Health Insurance under "Health Promotion Stress Reduction", Benefit Code 250 150. 

We accept Pay Pal online, Visa, Master Card and cash  

 
 
Group sessions and Workshops
 

By pre registration

  • Current workshops: the six week program $440.00

  • The two hour workshop: $120.00, or $145.00 with Professional CD "Relaxation Prowess"

Arranged by a contract agreement.
